Registration, Enrollment and Payment Procedures

Registration deadline: The 27th. of the month (about a week in advance, before the start of the following month period). 
 

Payment deadline: Last day of the month prior to the month that you would like your kid to start classes.

If you signed up at the beginning of the school year during our Back to School event, great! You are already registered! We already have your contact information and we will reach out to you with an introductory email and further information about our program.
If you weren’t sure about signing up and didn’t fill out the registration form, just know that students should be registered before the start of the following month period. Each registration deadline is the 27th. of each month, so that students can start classes in the following month.

Around the last week of each month, you should be receiving our email with the payment link so that you can pay for the next month's period. The payment has to be collected no later than the last day of the month before the next cycle or month period starts (this should be whether a 30th. or 31st, depending on the month).

 

Example 1: If you would like your child to start classes on the first day of the After-School Program (September 8th), please keep in mind that you should register by filling out the registration form no later than August 27th. Then, around the last week of August, you will receive an introductory email from us and a link to pay for classes, starting in September. Your payment deadline is August 31st.

If you didn’t sign up at the beginning of the school year, you can still enroll your kid on a month-to-month basis. You just have to keep in mind that the deadline for registrations is the 27th. of each month. 


Example 2: If you want your child to start classes in the month of October, please keep in mind that you should register them by filling out the registration form no later than September 27th. Then, you will receive an introductory email from us with a payment link. Your payment deadline is September 30th. If the process is done accordingly, your child will start classes right away in the first class session of the month of October.

If the payment deadlines are not met, your child won’t be able to start classes at the beginning of the month and they will only be admitted unless the payment is collected. There is a $15 late charge if the payment is collected after the mentioned payment due date.
